What is Reiki?
Reiki is a traditional Japanese healing technique that works with the body’s natural energy system.
As a practitioner, I gently guide universal energy through your body - working with key energetic chakra points to release blockages, restore flow, and bring the system back into balance.
You don’t need to believe in anything in particular for Reiki to work. All that’s required is the willingness to pause… to breathe… to receive.
Many clients come to Reiki for:
Relief from stress, anxiety, or burnout
Support through emotionally difficult times
Help with pain management or tension in the body
A sense of grounding and calm when life feels overwhelming
Emotional healing following loss, change, or trauma
A desire to reconnect with themselves
Every session is deeply personal and tailored to what you need in the moment.
What To Expect
Your Reiki session takes place in a calm, comfortable environment. You remain fully clothed, resting either on a massage table or seated - whichever feels best to you. Through gentle, non-invasive touch and/or hands held slightly above the body, energy is directed to where your system needs it most.
Clients often describe a deep sense of relaxation, warmth, and emotional release. Some feel shifts immediately; for others, the effects build gradually in the days following.
Reiki is always safe, always respectful, and always led by what your body and energy are ready for.
