Restore
Your Balance. Reclaim
Your Calm.

Life can feel heavy. Stress, fatigue and worry can build quietly, making it hard to feel like yourself. The emotions we carry can start to feel like part of who we are - but they’re not.

There is a way back to yourself.

Reiki is a gentle Japanese relaxation technique that helps the body and mind release tension and restore balance. When you feel safe and relaxed, the nervous system naturally shifts from a stress response (“fight or flight”) into a calmer (“rest and restore”) state. This is where the body can begin to reset, and you may feel more grounded, clear and balanced.

As a practitioner, I do not diagnose or treat conditions. My role is to support relaxation. Research shows that deep relaxation can reduce stress, ease tension and support overall wellbeing, and Reiki is one gentle way to facilitate this.

Reiki is not connected to any religion or belief system. You don’t need to believe in anything for it to be effective. All that’s needed is the willingness to pause, breathe and receive.

Many Clients Come To Reiki For:

  • Stress, anxiety or burnout

  • Emotional overwhelm or difficult life periods

  • Physical tension and pain management support

  • Feeling grounded when life feels unsettled

  • Support through loss, change or trauma

Every session is individual and guided by what you need on the day.

What To Expect

Your Reiki session takes place in a calm, comfortable environment. You remain fully clothed, resting on a treatment table or seated, whichever feels best for you.

The treatment involves a series of gentle hand placements on or just above the body, designed to support deep relaxation and help the nervous system settle.

Clients often describe feeling deeply relaxed, warm or emotionally lighter. Some fall asleep during treatment, which is completely fine. Some feel a shift straight away, while for others the benefits continue to unfold over the following days.

Reiki is always gentle, respectful, and guided by what your body and mind are ready for.
