We discuss your team’s needs and structure the day to suit your workplace.
Setup
I bring a portable treatment table and create a calm, private space within your office or workspace.
Treatment
Employees remain fully clothed. Sessions involve gentle hand placements on or just above the body to support deep relaxation and nervous system calming.
Session structure
20 minute treatments are scheduled in 30 minute slots, allowing a short buffer between sessions and ensuring the day runs smoothly.
Delivery and Pricing
